We Strive to deliver a premium service

Our products are made fresh in small batches as this prolongs their shelf life, however this can sometimes exceed our turn around time for delivery of orders. All orders that are placed will be dispatched as soon as possible via either Australia Post or Courier.
All orders should be placed preferably via email or phone and payment will be necessary before the order is dispatched. Customers seeking an account will need to have 3 successful orders despatched before they request an account application form which can be done via the contacts page.

PAYMENTS: 

We accept the following methods of payment:
Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, Eftpos, Cash, Cheque, Money Order and Direct Deposit. For the first 3 orders - payment will need to be made prior to dispatch, an account application form may then be filled out and submitted.

CLAIMS:

Always check your delivery against the packing invoice provided. All claims are to be made within 5 working days from the date of the delivery.
