SPORTS MASSAGE: Pre and Post competition/game massage that aims to promote blood flow, stretch the muscle fibres and reduce the likeliness of injury. A firmer pressure than remedial with gentle stretching techniques.

SWEDISH MASSAGE “Relaxation massage”: used to stimulate circulation, ease muscle tension, improve flexibility and promote relaxation.

 
REMEDIAL MASSAGE: Help ease muscle pain and discomfort. Aides in relaxation of muscles to improve joint mobility. Often used for such conditions as muscle spasm, cramps, strains, whiplash, frozen shoulder and all sports injuries.


PREGNANCY MASSAGE: a relaxing massage with both gentle and firmer techniques that are safe during pregnancy. This massage is a combination of Swedish, Remedial and Lymphatic techniques designed to address muscle soreness, fatigue, swelling/aching in the feet and legs.


AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE: A massage that’s designed to relax the mind and body using both gentle and firmer techniques. A combination of Essential Oils are used to address specific muscular and emotional concerns. Long gliding massage techniques combined with firmer remedial pressure around shoulers and neck makes this massage a complete muscle and mind relaxer. 


LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE: stimulates the lymphatic vessels that carry substances vital to the defence of the body, and removes waste products. Also helps reduce swelling for such conditions as : Total Knee replacements, Lymphoeclema (Breast Cancer care), Lymphoedema Patients
